Work Included:
–Performed site inspection visits and prepared reports for different types of assets which include but not limited to residential and administrative buildings, hotels and recreational facilities, factories, goods and transportation vehicles, machinery and equipment, lands and farms, power stations.
– Participated in the issuance of approximately 500 reports per year for assets with total yearly value 50 billion EGP.
– Oversees the quality assurance procedures, maintaining adhearance to International Valuation Standards and Egyptian Valuation Standards, updating report templates accordingly. 
– Maintaining company database and developing tools to help the workflow such as the electronic approval system.
