Sherif has worked in NILECONULT as a valuation expert since 2012, and was promoted as a senior valuation expert in 2022.

Work Included:
– Licensed by the Egyptian financial Regulatory Authority as valuation expert no. 233.
– Performed site inspection visits and prepared reports for different types of assets which include but not limited to residential and administrative buildings, hotels and recreational facilities, factories, goods and transportation vehicles, machinery and equipment, lands and farms, power stations.
– Participated in the issuance of approximately 500 reports per year for assets with total yearly value 50 billion EGP.
